“Ms. Dionne is an excellent event planner, she developed the theme of the event from beginning to end. She planned my daughter's baby shower in February which turned out really fantastic. She went way beyond what was expected. The host had an emergency and Ms. Dionne jumped right in and MC'd the event, while keeping everything running on time.  My guests all enjoyed themselves.
